Expanding its better-for-you product portfolio, CauliPower has launched Breakfast Scrambles available in three varieties: Broccoli Cheddar, Southwest, and Spicy Sesame.
 
The frozen breakfast cups offer a good source of protein (between 6 and 10 g) and are free from artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives.
 
The frozen breakfast bowl category is growing 32% over the last 12 months, and healthier alternatives are up 61% (YoY growth), according to market research data from SPINS. About 42% of people say that eating a healthy breakfast makes them feel better about themselves, according to Mintel.
